DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please be sure to thoroughly check you furniture upon delivery. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping please ask the shipper to return the item to the sender. If this is the case, please contact us immediately and we will send you a new item at no additional cost.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE
If you find you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately and we will replace it with the correct one. If possible refuse delivery and ask the shipper to return the item to the sender. If you find a manufacturer’s defect, please notify us immediately. We will send you a replacement at no additional charge. We must be notified within five working days of receipt of your purchase. Photos may be requested as proof of defects or damage.
